ARTICLE 1 - DEFINITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer can exercise his right of withdrawal;
Consumer: the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur;
Day: 01-01-2024
Duration transaction: a distance contract that relates to a series of products and/or services, the supply and/or purchase obligation of which is spread over time;
Durable medium: any means that enables the consumer or trader to store information addressed personally to him in a way that facilitates future consultation and unaltered reproduction of the stored information.
Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to waive the distance contract within the cooling-off period;
Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to consumers at a distance;
Distance contract: an agreement whereby sole use is made of one or more techniques for distance communication up to and including the conclusion of the agreement, in the context of a system organised by the entrepreneur for distance sales or services;
means of distance communication: means that can be used for concluding an agreement, without the consumer and entrepreneur having to be in the same room at the same time.

ARTICLE 3 - APPLICABILITY
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract and order concluded between the entrepreneur and consumer.
Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, before the distance contract is concluded, it will be indicated that the general terms and conditions can be viewed at the entrepreneur's premises and they will be sent to the consumer free of charge as soon as possible at the consumer's request.
If the distance contract is concluded electronically, contrary to the previous paragraph, the text of these general terms and conditions can be made available to the consumer electronically in such a way that the consumer can easily store it on a durable medium. If this is not reasonably possible, before the distance contract is concluded, it will be indicated where the general terms and conditions can be viewed electronically and that they will be sent free of charge at the consumer's request, electronically or otherwise.
In the event that specific product or service conditions apply in addition to these general terms and conditions, the second and third paragraphs shall apply accordingly, and in the event of conflicting general terms and conditions, the consumer may always invoke the applicable provision that is most favourable to him.
If one or more provisions of these general terms and conditions are at any time wholly or partially invalid or void, the agreement and these terms and conditions will otherwise remain in force and the provision in question will be replaced without delay by mutual agreement by a provision that approximates as closely as possible to the purport and purpose of the original provision.
Situations not provided for in these general terms and conditions must be assessed in the spirit of these general terms and conditions.
Any ambiguities regarding the interpretation or content of one or more provisions of our terms and conditions must be interpreted ‘in the spirit’ of these terms and conditions.
ARTICLE 4 – THE OFFER
If an offer has a limited period of validity or is subject to specific conditions, this will be clearly stated in the offer.
All offers are non-binding. The entrepreneur reserves the right to modify or adjust the offer at any time.
The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable the consumer to properly assess the offer. If images are used, they represent the actual products and/or services as closely as possible. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur.
All images, product specifications, and related information are indicative and cannot be grounds for compensation or dissolution of the agreement. Product photos reflect the actual items; however, minor colour variations may occur due to lighting or display settings.
Each offer contains clear information regarding the rights and obligations that arise when the consumer accepts the offer. This includes, in particular:

the price information:
– UK orders: all orders shipped to the United Kingdom are delivered Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). UK VAT and import duties (if applicable) are included in the price shown, and consumers do not pay additional import fees or customs-clearance charges upon delivery.
– All other destinations: prices exclude customs-clearance costs and import VAT. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility and risk of the customer. Postal or courier services may collect import VAT and any clearance fees directly from the recipient upon delivery. - any applicable shipping fees;
- the method by which the contract is concluded and what actions are required to do so;
- whether the right of withdrawal applies;
- the method of payment, delivery, and execution of the contract;
- the period during which the offer remains valid or the period during which the stated price is guaranteed;
- the cost of distance-communication methods, if these differ from the basic rate normally charged for such communication;
- whether the contract will be archived after conclusion and, if so, how the consumer may access it;
- how the consumer can review and correct the information provided before finalising the agreement;
- any languages, in addition to Dutch, in which the agreement may be concluded;
- the codes of conduct to which the entrepreneur subscribes and how these can be consulted electronically;
- the minimum duration of the distance contract in the case of a fixed-term agreement.

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY ISSUES
If a shipment is returned to the entrepreneur due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the consumer, the consumer’s failure to collect the parcel, or refusal of delivery, the entrepreneur may deduct the actual return shipping costs and any carrier-imposed return fees from the refund amount.
This deduction applies only when the failed delivery is attributable to the consumer.
No deduction will be applied if the failed delivery results from an error by the entrepreneur, the carrier, or circumstances not caused by the consumer.
